A five minute documentary that is a behind-the-scenes look at what goes into putting on a children’s choir musical when it is only run by one adult.

Location release forms and talent release forms were used for this production. Special thanks to First Baptist Church Mineola for use of the location.

I served as writer, producer, director, and editor on this project. Filmed using an iPhone XS, edited in Adobe Premiere Pro.

Project Description: Record approximately 1/2 hour of hand-held observational video of a human-centered activity or event. You will present the most engaging edited five minutes of this Direct Cinema mini-documentary so that the viewer can feel that they know the person(s) involved. It should be shot in such a way that the object of observation – the event itself – engages us and tells its own story directly. The project should have at least one interview. Edit footage into a maximum 5 minute documentary.
